Global Metwire Injection SLU, has the most modern technology for the manufacture of encapsulations for the steel industry.

Our dosing system, controlled by computer, allows us to dose up to 8 different products, controlling each of them individually. The mixture of the different products is carried out directly in the thread.

This allows us to offer a very minor deviation of each of the components in the thread of 0.2 %.max

This is especially important in products with high added value, such as noble alloys (FeNb, FEV, FeTi, FeMo, FeB. Ti,...), by offering a product with such a small deviation, the steelmaker has the security of always adding the same amount of material, so you can aim for the lower end of the specification, saving material, and therefore reducing costs.
